Do you remember when José Aldo flying knee’d Cub Swanson in the face for an eight second knockout back in the WEC? He moved to 15 and 1 on the back of that knockout.

That was 12 years ago.

What about that brutal leg-kicking display he unloaded on a prime Urijah Faber - where he beat Faber so badly that his thigh nearly doubled in size the following day?

11 years ago.

How about his UFC debut and subsequent featherweight title defenses that came against Mark Hominick and Kenny Florian? He fairly showed himself to be ahead of the curve back then - and those guys are long since retired from this sport.
